Being a general secretary my responsibility is to develop policies procedures, standards for the educational and non educational divisions of the Society. Build professional relationships with other relevant organizations. Plan Design and implement various projects. Organize programs for the promotion of science and technology.
Being a general secretary of the society I my achievements are establishment of Al Hamd Islamic University (charted by Government of Balochistan), Balochistan Institute of Technology, Dar-e-Arqam School, and BIT Girls College).

I have taught various subjects to Computer sciences, Information Technology and Business Administration to the students of Graduation and Masters Level. Being a Vice principal my job is to manage academics programs development of curriculum and strategy to achieve objectives, conduct continues monitoring and performance appraisal of faculty and provide feedback.
In my career I worked hard with my team and as a result the Institute becomes a hallmark of quality education and one of the topmost institutions of the province.

Provides opportunities for better business process, establish business relationships with government and private sectors; initiate, direct and manage Software Development / IT consultancy projects, establish standards framework such as Microsoft Solution Framework and Electronic Government Framework (for govt. projects).
Being a director I have made BITSOFT the only standardized software development firm with successive stories of various software development projects. Now BITSOFT is high revenue generating company.

Currently I am working over Socially Intelligent Agents.
